Open Air Pix is your complete turn key solution for all your Outdoor Movie needs.
CHOOSE PACKAGE
We offer 3 Giant Screen sizes:
The Backyard Package:
This 20 feet wide and 14 feet tall screen works well for private parties, birthdays and other gatherings of approximately 25 to 50 guests.
The Mid Sized Package:
This 20 feet wide by 18 feet tall screen is best suited for crowds from 50 to 100 persons. Perfect for small churches and apartment complexes.
The Monster Package:
This 30 feet wide by 24 feet tall Monster screen is best suited for crowds over 100 persons.
What Does My Package Include?
All Open Air Pix movie packages include:
All travel, set-up, tear down and operation of the equipment. At least one technician will be present to facilitate your movie showing, 2 or more may be present for the 30' package. We do it all!
Pre-show entertainment is also included for each package. You can choose what music type you would like to play to set the mood before your movie begins and organize your own pre-show activities or you can let us facilitate a hilarious
Dance Contest for your guests.
Our technician(s) arrive approximately 1.5 hours before show time to set up. Set up takes about 45 minutes. Your music or pre-show activities
can then begin.
Open Air Pix, LLC – Contract Provisions and Disclosures
Open Air Pix, LLC herein referred to as OAP. Acceptance of the quote and booking of the event
are considered acceptance of the contract provisions.
Inclement Weather Policy
If event is canceled before any equipment has been unloaded a full refund
or rescheduling is allowed. If equipment is unloaded, 50% of the show cost is due. If more than 50%
of the feature is complete, 100% of the show cost is due.
DVD Format
The customer provides the DVD for play. No Blueray please. 16:9 Widescreen format is preferred.
4:3 Standard does work as well, but does not fill the complete screen.
Equipment Provisions
The screens are secured to the ground by stakes and guide wires. The stakes are driven into the
ground up to 2 feet. Please have someone instructing technician where stakes may be driven.
If movie is poolside we may have to tie off to pool structures and/or drive stakes where appropriate.
OAP is not responsible for underground damage caused by stakes. OAP is not
responsible for damage caused by equipment and vehicles on property.
Power Source
Location of screen should not be a distance greater than 100 feet from power source supplied
by customer at venue. One outlet with two plug ins is usually adequate to operate equipment.
Ambient Lighting
Outside light sources detract from the brightness of the image on screen. Parking lot lights,
street lights, security lighting, or any other ambient light source should be diminished before event.
Timing of Feature - Acceptable image brightness does not occur until 15 minutes after sunset.

Insurance – OAP is insured with a general liability policy it maintains.
Pricing – The pricing is assuming OAP has direct vehicle access to set-up area
where screen will be set up. Pricing reflects cost for one (1) full length Feature.
